I believe in a Holistic Coaching Method mixed with old school and new school methods based on science, experience and proven methods.
I started my journey in numerous traditional martial arts at the age of 12 for self defence reasons which led to a passion in the martial arts and fitness.
As an athlete i matured into analysing my weaknesses and strengths and understanding technique, skills acquisition, attention to detail and creativity is definitely one of my strengths. Combined with working with leading Crossfit coaches, physio’s, alternative therapists and personal trainers I have sucked up a wealth of knowledge over 30yrs in fitness and am always ready to be the student as well as the coach.
During a 3yr period with a serious back injury 2 subjects came to my attention 1st Time! in regards to reaction time (specifically milli seconds) and training protocols. 2nd sports vision training! How does vision affects sport? and how you can improve vision in sport? If I could put a third specific interest in there it would definitely be Stress in sport.
In the last three years I have been narrowing my focus on building my boxing brand alongside my personal training and continue to build on my skills.
