WHAT TO BRING
BOXING: Basic equipment is provided including wraps, gloves, and skipping ropes, however, you are encouraged to bring along any of your own personal equipment for use including boxing boots, mouth and head guards, etc.
We do not have a changing facility so please attend classes dress ready to train, outdoor shoes are not allowed on the mats.
